Jonathan Kunberger, pe

Principal

Jon founded the company in 2010 with a focus on providing specialty structural consulting to the construction markets. The company has since diversified to include engineer of record services working on new construction, renovations, and repairs.

Jon graduated from UMass Amherst with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and from UMass Lowell with an M.S. focused on Structural Engineering. Jon is also a member of ASCE and AISC.

Current P.E. registrations in CT, FL, MA, MD, ME, MO, NC, NH, NY, RI, VA, & VT.

George Xanthopoulos

E.I.T.

George has been working with J.Kunberger full time since 2019. He previously worked part time while completing his Master’s degree from UMass Lowell.

George has quickly gained expertise in both miscellaneous metals engineering and structural steel connection deisgn. He has worked on projects with several hundred tons of structural steel.

George brings experience from growing up in his family’s construction/maintenance business.
